PUMPKIN SOUP 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. green pepper
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
2 c. pumpkin puree
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. parsley

Melt butter, saute vegetables until soft, add all other ingredients, cook - stir constantly until slightly thickened.
