PUMPKIN STEW 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1 c. cream of chicken mushroom soup
3 c. cooked rice
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
12 oz. mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 pumpkin

Cut top off pumpkin and clean the pumpkin out. Rinse. Paint face on pumpkin with black marker. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions in oil. Add meat and brown; drain. Add rice, water chestnuts and cheese. Mix well. Fill pumpkin, cover and place on cookie sheet in oven 1 hour. Needs medium-large pumpkin.
