1 pt. thick applesauce
1/4 c. red hots
1 1/3 c. water
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Drop of green coloring
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Boil red hots in water until the candy is dissolved. Add Jello. Stir to dissolve. Cool. When slightly thickened add celery, applesauce and nuts. Pour into a well-oiled 8 x 8 inch pan. Refrigerate until congealed.

Top each serving with dressing of mayonnaise, cinnamon and green food coloring. Serves 10.
