WASSAIL BOWL 
2 qts. apple cider or apple juice
3 (3 inch long) cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. whole allspice
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 sm. orange, sliced for garnish
1 sm. lemon, sliced for garnish
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
6 oz. can frozen lemonade
1 (750 ml.) bottle dry white wine
4 c. water
3/4 c. packed brown sugar

1. In 5-quart saucepan over high heat, heat apple cider, cinnamon sticks, allspice and cloves to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, place orange and lemon slices in heat-safe 5-quart punch bowl; set aside.

3. To cider mixture, add frozen orange-juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate, white wine, water and brown sugar; over high heat, heat to boiling. Pour hot mixture over fruit in bowl. Serves: 32. Yield: about 16 cups or 32 (1/2 cup) servings.
