VEGETABLE SOUP 
Favorite vegetables (fresh, frozen or canned Veg-All)
1 qt. tomato juice
Onions, salt and pepper to taste
Beef and broth

Mix all of the above ingredients together and cook until all vegetables are tender. I usually cook a roast and save left overs to make soup. I take the broth from the roast and cut beef up in small pieces of beef and add to the vegetables and tomato juice and cook.
