1 lg. can Reads German potato salad or 3 (1 lb.) cans
1 lb. can sauerkraut
1/4 lb. bacon, diced & fried crisp
1 onion, diced & lightly browned in bacon grease

Mix altogether in crock pot and simmer at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
