GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
4 lbs. potatoes, boiled and sliced
1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
1 sm. yellow onion, sliced
2 German gherkins, chopped
1/8 lb. ham, chopped and cooked
4 boiled eggs, sliced
1 c. chicken bouillon
Vinegar (white)
Pickle juice
Salad oil

Slice the potatoes. Pour the bouillon over warm potatoes to marinate. Add rest of ingredients, then add vinegar and/or pickle juice, small amount of salad oil and salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
