GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, boil in skin, cool and peel
4 stalks diced celery
Dehydrated parsley flakes
2 med. red onions, sliced round

Slice potatoes round and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer potatoes, onions, celery, and lightly sprinkle with parsley flakes. Continue to layer. Pour dressing over salad.

GERMAN POTATO SALAD DRESSING:

4 lg. tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt, approximately
Accent flavor enhancer
10 tsp. vinegar

In a coffee cup put the sugar, salt, Accent and onion salt. Stir. Add vinegar. Mix well. Fill the rest of the cup with vegetable oil.
