FRENCH BREAD MONTEREY 
1 loaf French bread
Softened butter (butter)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion or 1 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut bread lengthwise in halves, then each half in half crosswise. Spread cut surfaces with butter. Place in oven to heat through. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on hot bread. Broil slowly until slightly browned. Cut crosswise and serve warm.
