MONTEREY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning Salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 c. taco flavored tortilla chips (Doritos brand)
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. ripe olives

Cook beef for 5 minutes until light. Add onions, salt and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Place 3 cups of chips in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over chips. Pour over the meat sauce and top with rest of cheese. Garnish with last cup of chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with ripe olives.
