MONTEREY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
4 c. nacho Doritos
Sliced ripe olives (opt.)

Cook beef in skillet 5 minutes until crumbly and light in color. Add onion, salt and tomato sauce, simmer 5 minutes. Place 3 cups Doritos in a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese over chips. Pour meat sauce over above and top with remaining cheese. Add the rest of the Doritos. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with olives before serving, if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
