MONTEREY BEEF RICE SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
2 1/2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown beef. Stir in rice, water, salt and onion. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and cook over low heat until water is absorbed, about 25 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until it softens. Combine tomato sauce and chili powder; pour over rice mixture. Cover and heat five minutes or until hot. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
