GARLIC PASTA 
8 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. heavy cream
Salt & pepper
1/2 lb. pasta
Romano cheese
Parsley

Chop garlic and saute in oil. Add cream, salt and pepper. Simmer to reduce the cream. Toss with cooked pasta. Add cheese and parsley. Serves 2-3.
