LEMON AND GARLIC PASTA 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt
Pepper

Cook pasta in boiling water until done; drain and return to hot pot. Mince the garlic. In small pan, heat the oil and butter. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Toss the garlic oil, parsley, lemon peel and juice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper with pasta.
