LEMON & GARLIC PASTA 
1/2 lb. spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until done. Drain and return to hot pot. Minx garlic. In a small pan heat oil and butter. Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute. Toss the garlic oil, parsley, lemon zest and juice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper with the pasta. Taste for seasoning, add salt and pepper as needed. 4 servings.

Per Serving: 384 calories, 7 g protein, 20 g fat, 554 mg sodium, 16 mg cholesterol.
