ITALIAN - OIL, GARLIC, TOMATOES 
4 tbsp. olive oil
Handful of cilantro
6 pieces garlic or garlic powder to taste
6 or 8 fresh tomatoes, cut up
Capers, as many as you want
Anchovies, if wanted
1 lb. pasta
4 tbsp. olive oil in frying pan
6 garlic pieces or may use garlic powder if you want

Fry garlic; remove. Cut up tomatoes, put in pan on low; cook. Put in cilantro, a bunch and stir. Put in capers. Cook pasta, rinse with cold water. Put in frying pan and flip in around until it is warm. Make sure pasta is covered. Sprinkle on cheese and serve. May put on anchovies if you like.
