GARDEN STUFFED SQUASH 
8 to 10 med. yellow squash
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
2 slices crisp fried bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Dash of butter

Wash squash and simmer in water 8 minutes or until tender; drain and cool slightly. Cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds.

Combine remaining ingredients except butter. Mix well and spoon into squash shells. Dot each with butter. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

P. S. Can top with 1 can tomato soup before baking.
