HOT CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion

Brown above ingredients together and drain well. In double boiler (or microwave) melt 2 pounds Velveeta cheese. To meat mixture add cheese, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder (not garlic salt), 2 cans Ro-tel tomatoes (drain juice from tomatoes (sometimes I use 1 can with the juice). Mix together. Put in crock pot on low (for up to 6 hours).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
