HOT CHEESE DIP 
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 med. sized onion, finely chopped

Shred or chop cheese and turn into a small baking dish. Stir in bacon and onion. Bake in a hot oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes or until cheese bubbles all over. Place dish in center of chop plate and surround with Triscuits, bread sticks or rye wafers. Serves 4-6. May be doubled.
