1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. molasses 1 tsp. mapleine 1 egg 2 tbsp. milk 2 c. sifted flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 c. raisins 1/2 c. chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar, add molasses, mapleine and egg; mix well. Add half the sifted dry ingredients, then the milk, then remaining dry ingredients, stirring well after each addition. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. |
