GRAPE JELLY 
2 env. (2 tbsp.) unflavored gelatin
3 c. (1 pt., 8 oz.) unsweetened grape juice
2 tbsp. unsweetened lemon juice
2 tbsp. liquid sweetener

In a medium saucepan, soften gelatin in grape juice and lemon juice. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring to dissolve gelatin; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in sweetener. Pour into hot, sterilized half-pint jars; seal. Cool; place in refrigerator overnight before using. Refrigerate.
