BAKED PORK CHOPS 
8 loin pork chops, about 1-inch thick
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Brown chops lightly in hot skillet. Put in baking dish. Pour fat from skillet, leaving 1 tablespoon in pan. Add flour and onion soup mix. Blend in water. Pour over chops; cover with foil.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover. Bake 30-40 minutes longer or until tender. Remove from pan. Blend sour cream into liquid in pan and heat. Pour over chops. Add parsley and serve.
