RHUBARB - PINEAPPLE JAM 
5 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry Jello

Bring rhubarb, sugar and pineapple to a boil. Cook 12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add Jello. Put in hot jars and refrigerate.
