RHUBARB PINEAPPLE JAM 
4 c. rhubarb
4 c. sugar
1 can #2 crushed pineapple
1 sm. box strawberry or red raspberry Jello

Mix and let set overnight rhubarb and sugar. Bring mixture to a good boil. Cook 5 minutes or until done. Then add 1 can #2 crushed pineapple. Cook 5 minutes at a good boil, add 1 small box of strawberry or red raspberry Jello (dry) and cook 15 minutes or more. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
