POTATOES 
2 lbs. homestyle hashbrowns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1/2 c. onion, diced
Salt and pepper

Bake at 350 degrees in buttered dish 1 hour. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top (optional).
