COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 can cream of coconut

ICING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and bake cake mix and 1 cup coconut (in oblong pan) according to package directions. When cake is done, punch holes in cake with a fork. Pour 1 can of cream of coconut completely over warm cake. Let cool and ice.

Icing: Cream together butter, Crisco and sugar. Add 3 tablespoons flour, one tablespoon at a time until smooth. Then add milk and vanilla. Beat 12 minutes at high speed. Ice cool cake and top with flaked coconut.
