TOASTED COCONUT CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. coconut cream or toasted coconut or butter pecan instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. coconut (flaked)
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil

Combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Blend, then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Let cool. Serve with powdered sugar sprinkled over cake.
