SPINACH DIP | |
10 oz. frozen spinach 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 med. onion, chopped fine 1/4 c. (or more to taste) water chestnuts, chopped fine 1 pkg. dry vegetable soup Thaw spinach; press between paper towels to reduce moisture. Combine rest of ingredients; chill well. Serve in hollowed out pumpernickel round with pieces of pumpernickel or in hollowed out cabbage with crackers. |
