SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. dry soup mix (Knorr vegetable)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) can chopped water chestnuts
3 green onions, chopped

Thaw spinach; squeeze excess moisture out of spinach. Stir together soup mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well blended. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts, and onions.
