SPINACH PIE 
1 Stouffer's spinach souffle, cooked
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. cooked Italian sausage (optional)
1 unbaked 9" pie crust

Mix souffle, cheese, eggs, milk, mushrooms and sausage; pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie.
