EGG CUSTARD 
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 heaping tbsp. sugar
1 heaping tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell

Beat egg well, add sugar and flour. Beat again adding milk and vanilla. Continue to beat 1 full minute at medium speed. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325°F until set.
