SAKE BROILED FISH WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh or frozen flounder or sole fillets
Salt and pepper
4 thin slices of lemon
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sake
Hot cooked rice

1. Thaw fish if frozen.

2. Line 9 inch pie plate with foil. Arrange fish fillets in pie pan.

3. Sprinkle fish generously with salt and pepper.

4. Arrange lemon slices atop fish; sprinkle with mushrooms.

5. Drizzle sake over all.

6. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Put in 350 degree oven. Broil until fish flakes easily.

7. Serve with rice and oriental vegetables.

8. Serves 4.
