FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 can fruit cocktail, do not drain

Stir all ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

ICING:

1/2 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. brown sugar

Cook until thick and spread over cake.
