FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (No. 303) can fruit cocktail
1/2 c. pecans or coconut or both

Put all dry ingredients together. Mix sugar, salt, flour, soda, eggs, vanilla and fruit cocktail. Pour in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans and coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees about 4 minutes.

FRUIT COCKTAIL ICING:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. canned condensed milk

Bring to boil. Pour over cake while hot.
