MYSTERY CAKE 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter

ICING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla. Add fruit cocktail and flour. Pour in loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Mix nuts and sugar. Sprinkle over cake and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.

NOTE: Bake at 325 degrees.
