MYSTERY RHUBARB CAKE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. cut up rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. box strawberry Jello
1 cake mix, white or yellow

Line 9 x 13 inch cake pan with butter. Layer marshmallows on batter. Mix together until juice forms the rhubarb, sugar and Jello; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour over marshmallows. Pour rhubarb mix over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Delicious served plain or with whipped cream or with ice cream.
