RHUBARB CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 c. cold water

Grease 9x13 pan, arrange rhubarb in bottom, sprinkle dry Jello evenly over top then sugar, then dry cake mix, drizzle melted butter over top then pour water over top. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serve warm or cold.
