RHUBARB CAKE | |
4 c. rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. wild strawberry Jello 1 cake mix Put cut up rhubarb in 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over it. Sprinkle 1 (3 ounce) package wild strawberry Jello over too. Sprinkle 2 cups dry cake mix over all. Gently pour over all - 2 cups water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Put Cool Whip on top. |
