MYSTERY MOCHA CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 square unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. cocoa
1 c. cold strong coffee
1 c. heavy whipped cream

Mix and sift first 4 ingredients. Melt chocolate and butter. Add to dry mixture. Blend and mix milk and vanilla, add to mixture. Blend. Pour into greased 8x8 inch baking dish.

Mix brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, top with whipping cream before serving. Makes 4 servings.
