WALNUT-MOCHA CAKE 
1 big brownie mix
1/2 c. nuts (optional)
2 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. instant powdered coffee
1/2 c. walnut halves (optional)

Cook brownies for cake-like brownies in 2 greased 9-inch layer pans. Add nuts if desired. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

Whip heavy cream until thickened. Add brown sugar and instant powdered coffee. Beat until whipped.

Frost cakes with whipped mixture. Let sit overnight before serving. Decorate with walnut halves. Very rich and delicious!
