POTATO CASSEROLE | |
4 c. sliced/cooked potatoes, with skins 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. low-fat yogurt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder Place all ingredients in mixing bowl; stir gently. Pour mixture into casserole dish; bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Makes 8 servings. |
