SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
6-8 sweet potatoes, cooked and skins removed
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Sm. marshmallows

Add butter to hot potatoes. Combine potatoes with next 6 ingredients. Stir in pecans. Put in greased 2 quart dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with marshmallows during last 10 minutes.
