3 medium-size sweet potatoes, boiled (wash & boil with skins on they are easier to peel)
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
Dash of cinnamon
1 c. Pet milk
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degree oven.

TOPPING:

1 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1 c. nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 stick butter

Mix all ingredients together and put on top of casserole. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
