SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 to 6 sweet potatoes, boiled in skins
Brown sugar
Cranberry sauce with whole berries
1/2 c. orange juice
Butter

Cut skins into small quarters. Place 1 layer of sweet potatoes in buttered casserole dish. Put 1/4 cup brown sugar and slices of butter on top, then put layer of cranberry sauce. Repeat layers. Top with 1/2 cup orange juice. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
