SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, cooked in skins
1 stick butter
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated cheese

Cut up potatoes as if making potato salad. Heat soup and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and add onion, cheese and sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Mix and put in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
