SOUR CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onions, dicedcan cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated American cheese

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Thaw potatoes, mix all ingredients together and put in 9"x13" casserole or 2 small. Cover with topping. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. This freezes well and can be re-frozen.
