POTATO SALAD 
8 to 10 med. potatoes
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tbsp. hot water
Pepper
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar (white)
1 med. onion

Boil potatoes. Mix all other ingredients together. I use the blender as this makes a smooth dressing. Slice warm potatoes and pour dressing over them. Let marinate for at least 24 hours before serving. Do not refrigerate while marinating. Toss occasionally.
