1 to 1 1/2 ground chuck
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 egg
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 chopped bell pepper

Mix above ingredients. Add bread crumbs to hold together. Shape and put into loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
