GROUND BEEF CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. sliced onions
1 c. sliced celery
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 3/4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Cooked rice

In frying pan cook beef, onions and celery until meat is browned. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger and sugar. Cook 2 minutes. Stir in bean sprouts. Stir together beef bouillon and cornstarch and add to beef mixture. Bring to boil and cook 1 minute, stirring. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
