HAMBURGER CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger
2 or 3 green peppers, cut into strips
2 or 3 onions, sliced
1 c. celery, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 can steak and mushroom sauce

Crumble hamburger in fry pan and brown. Add vegetables and steak sauce. Let simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender. Add cornstarch (that has been mixed with a little water). Cook to thicken. Serve with rice.
